Microsoft has just announced that it released this month’s cumulative updates for Office client and Office server products, thus lending a hand to users trying to keep the productivity suite fully patched.

The package includes the latest hotfixes for Office 2013 and Office 2010, all of which have been released earlier this month as part of Microsoft’s Patch Tuesday cycle.

“You probably don’t need to deploy all hotfixes to the computers in your organization. Every hotfix has an associated knowledge base article. The article will tell you about the specific issue that the hotfix deals with. If you’re experiencing that problem in your organization, you should test the hotfix. The knowledge base article includes a link to download the hotfix,” Microsoft explained.

Of course, all users are recommended to deploy the updates as fast as possible, especially because they’re supposed to fix several important security issues in the productivity suite.
