According to the information published in the Store, this version comes with options to view photos without closing the app, upload folders and files in a specific location, open and save files from other apps, and plenty of bug fixes supposed to improve the overall experience with the app.
SkyDrive Pro continues to offer support for all Windows 8 versions on the market, so you can install it on both desktops and tablets, including those running Windows RT.
As a reminder, SkyDrive Pro is a cloud storage solution aimed at Office 365 customers and is different from the standard SkyDrive client designed for consumers.
