Microsoft is out with a major new update for Bing users with iPads, offering a redesigned interface, bookmarks via SkyDrive, and the ability to save the daily image as a wallpaper, among other things.

Bing 2.0 sports a cleaner layout to match the look and feel of iOS 7 and lets you save bookmarks and images for later access from SkyDrive, Microsoft’s cloud service.

Users can share content on Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks, earn Bing Rewards for web searches, and save the daily image to use as a wallpaper for their tablet computers.

Other additions include improved Maps search results, a Gift Finder (with gift suggestions for family and friends), and an updated Bing logo and color palette.

You can download Bing 2.0 for any iPad that supports iOS 4.3. It’s free and it weighs in at around 20MB.
