Microsoft is really trying to make as many exciting titles on Windows 8.1 as possible, so it shouldn't come as a big surprise that the company has just released another game that only works on this OS version.

Secrets And Treasure: The Lost Cities is a puzzle game that comes with an appealing feature lineup, including an addictive gameplay that calls for you to explore a world of ancient temples, jungles and exotic cities, solve puzzles, train a crew and fight enemies.

“Battle your way through exotic locations and fiendish puzzles to discover treasure beyond your wildest imaginings. Uncover the secrets of the ancient world... and find out what really happened to legendary explorer Professor Flintlock!” the game description reads.

Just like all the other titles rolled out by Microsoft, this new one works on both desktop computers and tablets, including Redmond's very own Surface RT.

Some hardware requirements are also mentioned, including a1.3 GHz processor or faster, 2 GB of RAM, Microsoft DirectX 9 or above with minimum WDDM v1.2 driver, and Windows 8.1.

The game is obviously offered free of charge to everyone running Microsoft's new OS version right now, so download Secrets And Treasure: The Lost Cities to try it out right now.
