Redmond-based software giant Microsoft is getting ready for the end of the summer and has already announced a series of promotions for the back-to-school season.

The offer includes price cuts for a series of Windows PCs that are currently available for purchase through the Microsoft Store.

Those who would like to grab a new PC, laptop, notebook or ultrabook during this period should head over to Microsoft’s online store to have a look at the available promotions.

They will find the XPS 13 Ultrabook from Dell available at $999 or the HP ENVY 15 notebook with HP's brilliant Radiance display at $1299. Samsung’s Series 5 ULTRA is also included in the deal, with prices starting at $899.

Additionally, the promotion period will provide users with the possibility to grab products from Microsoft Hardware too, such as the Explorer Touch Mouse Limited Edition for only $49.95.

The ultra-portable Arc Touch Mouse is available through the Microsoft Store for $59.95, destined to prove a “perfect accessory for the student with a packed schedule this fall,” Microsoft notes.

The LifeCam Studio, a high-powered Skype Certified web cam, is available at $99.95 when purchased via Microsoft’s online portal during the back-to-school season.

Other products from Microsoft Hardware available there include the Microsoft Touch Mouse, at $79.95, along with the Arc Touch Mouse Limited Edition Artist Series, which goes for $59.95.

Moreover, customers can choose to go for the Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 Artist Series, which offers a wide range of choices when it comes to colors and original designs. It goes for only $29.95 through the Microsoft Store.

“With so many designs to choose from, you can even treat yourself to a different mouse for every day of the week—and with up to eight months of battery life, you’ll never have to worry about powering up your favorite accessory,” Microsoft notes.

All these, along with various other software and hardware products, are now listed on Microsoft’s portal. New devices will arrive there soon, including the Surface tablet that was announced only several weeks ago.
