Microsoft has once again decided to join a Kenyan campaign, this time to bring more computers into schools across the country.

According to a report by Standard Media, Microsoft has joined forces with the local government to train primary school teachers and assist them as they teach students how to use advanced computing solutions.

In addition, the Redmond-based technology giant is willing to provide broadband connect for rural schools, hospitals, and homes in Kenya, thus trying to provide the local community with quick access to technology.

This isn’t the first time when Microsoft is showing its support for the Kenyan youth and according to the company’s global president Jean-Philippe Courtois, the software vendor is planning to continue its efforts in the country with similar efforts in the near future, so expect more news to be announced soon.
