The company continues its call for help on Twitter

A few days ago, Microsoft rolled out a blog post to ask tech-savvy users for a hand of help in its efforts to kill Windows XP, inviting everyone with advanced computer knowledge to help those still running the 13-year-old operating system migrate to a newer software.

The company obviously continues the efforts to get users more involved in this campaign with several posts on Twitter, claiming that “friends don’t let friends user Windows XP,” while also reminding that support is ending on April 8.

Of course, not all Windows XP users are interested in Microsoft’s warnings, with 29 percent of the desktop computers out there still running the ancient OS version.

Redmond expects to cut Windows XP’s share down to 13 percent by April, but as we can all see right now, that’s very likely to happen if the same market share dropping trend is maintained in the next 60 days.
