A newly launched project makes it easier to access resources shared via the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step by the Redmond company.

Essentially, the software giant has just announced the launch of Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Online.

Through the delivery of Dynamics Sure Step Online, Microsoft is attempting to streamline the process of leveraging the resources it offers to Dynamics partners in order to engage customers and prospects.

“To view the latest guidance and content available online without downloading and installing the client use Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Online. This is a great way to access and share content quickly from anywhere in multiple languages,” Microsoft’s Kevin Machayya explained.

Of course, the new Dynamics Sure Step Online is not for everybody. Companies will need to have valid PartnerSource accounts in order to take advantage of the new project unveiled by Microsoft.

“Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step is a standard implementation methodology and collection of tools, templates, and best practices to use in all phases of a Microsoft Dynamics customer engagement,” Machayya explained.

“Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step also provides many process flow diagrams that visually illustrate each phase of the implementation.”

In the end, customers can rely on the resources shared by the software giant in order to boost productivity. However, the Redmond company underlines that increasing customer engagement is also a benefit of using Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step.

Microsoft partners will be able to ensure that their customers get the best out of Dynamics solutions.

“The development team states two of the biggest benefits of this release include the ability to introduce new content or update existing content real-time, and the ability to point users to a specific guidance page or template, which will eliminate the need for them to download the whole methodology to locate the specific content/guidance,” Machayya added.
