Microsoft is boasting a superior customer relationship management Cloud offer compared to direct rivals Saleforce.com and Oracle, including cost-wise, and the company is not beating around the bush.

With the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Cost Comparison Calculator, the software giant aims to provide customers with a tool designed to help them calculate just how much they will save by using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and not one of the rival offerings.

Under normal conditions, Dynamics CRM Online is available for $44 per user per month.

However, since it was launched earlier this year, Dynamics CRM Online is available at a considerable discount.

“Promotional pricing of $34 (USD) per user per month is available through June 30, 2011. Please note that this promotional pricing is not reflected in the calculator results,” the company said.

According to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Cost Comparison Calculator, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online helps customers save 41% ($31) compared to Oracle CRM OnDemand.

Savings are even steeper when it comes down to the most expensive offer from Salesforce.com, which costs no less than $250.

Moreover, the Redmond company’s “Cloud CRM for Less” special deal continues to be available. Until the end of this month, customers that subscribe to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online can get $200 from the software giant for each license, provided that they buy at least 15.

“Offer good only where Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is available. Maximum of 250 cash incentives per company. Customers must commit to a minimum two year Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Subscription,” Microsoft reveals in the fine print for the “Cloud CRM for Less” special deal.

“This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer except the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2011 Launch Offer promotion. This offer begins on April 8, 2011, and ends on May 28, 2011 or while supplies last.”
