Customers looking to embrace the Cloud flavor of Microsoft’s CRM solution will soon be able to take advantage of a special deal offered by the software giant. The Redmond company is gearing up to release both Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics CRM 2011 worldwide early next year.

The start of 2011 will also bring with it the launch of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Pricing Promotions, with the promise from Microsoft that customers around the world will get to benefit from the discounts.

Still, companies will only have until mid-2011 to decide whether Dynamics CRM Online is suited for their business operations and to take advantage of the special pricing offering.

“Kirill Tatarinov, corporate vice president, Microsoft Business Solutions, announced a new promotion for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online during Microsoft Business Solution’s premier European event, Convergence 2010 Europe,” noted a member of the Dynamics CRM team.

“Starting in January 2011, customers will be able to receive Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online at a price of $34 per user; per month for the first 12 months of service (this pricing will be available to new customers until June 30, 2011).”

At Convergence 2010 Europe Tatarinov explained that there are a few key aspects that differentiate Microsoft Dynamics from its competitors.

He mentioned simplicity, innovation, interoperability and the inherent value that the CRM solutions from the Redmond company bring to end users.

It is important to note that Microsoft also announced the evolution of Office 365 its Cloud productivity offering with new CRM capabilities in 2011.

When announcing Office 365, Chris Capossela, Senior Vice President, Information Worker Product Management Group, noted that in the coming year, Dynamics CRM Online will be integrated into Office 365 to enhance the product for customers.

As of September 2010 customers can also test drive the upcoming release of Dynamics CRM, which is available in Beta.

“The new version will build on and extend current capabilities through:

- An improved Microsoft Office interface - Advanced user personalization - Role-based forms and views - Inline data visualization - Dashboards - Better Office Outlook Experience - Contextual Document management - Goal management - Cloud development and much more,” Microsoft explained.
