Companies around the world now have the option of leveraging Microsoft’s latest customer relationship management offerings both on-premise, in the Cloud, or in hybrid scenarios. Launched globally in a total of 40 markets, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is the Cloud version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for which customers still need to wait a little over a month, as its general availability deadline was set for February 28th, 2011.

However, Dynamics CRM Online has already been rolled out and is available in no less than 41 languages. A list with the markets in which Dynamics CRM Online has gone live is included below.

“Microsoft Dynamics CRM redefines productivity by offering an industry-leading product that is fully embracing the cloud.

“The things that make Microsoft Dynamics CRM an industry leader include giving sales professionals a familiar user experience, enabling greater collaboration, streamlining of processes and access to real-time data so they can improve their customers’ experiences and effectively compete in the market.”

Of course, the software giant is positioning Dynamics CRM 2011, and especially Dynamics CRM Online as an alternative to offerings from CRM rival Salesforce.com.

The Redmond company is even prepared to offer cash incentives to sales companies that switch from Salesforce.com to Dynamics CRM Online until June 30, 2011, offering as much as $200 per user.

In addition, the software giant also slapped a promotional price on Dynamics CRM Online, just $34 per user per month for the first year, provided that those interested sign up by June 30.

Customers in the following markets will be able to start taking advantage of Dynamics CRM Online: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
