Microsoft’s next generation Customer Relationship Management solution, service and application store is ready to be released to testers. The Beta for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, formerly codenamed CRM5, was announced at Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2010 back in July 2010, and in this regard, the Redmond company is right on track when it comes down to delivering the test preview of its next-gen CRM offerings to early adopters.

Dynamics CRM 2011 Beta is not available at this point in time, but will be the coming week (it is available, link below) according to the software giant. Customers interested in test driving the Beta build can sign up to get the bits here.

Microsoft indicated that the Beta bits will be served in English, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Spanish and Chinese. But although the on-premise and hosted variant of Dynamics CRM 2011 will be offered only in eight languages, it will be available to customers in no less than 40 markets.

“Microsoft Dynamics CRM has tremendous momentum around the world, and we’re glad to bring an exciting new wave of technology to our customers and partners,” noted Brad Wilson, general manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

“Our new beta release for cloud-based and on-premises deployments allows customers and partners to try the product and see the benefits from the investments that we’ve been making,” Wilson added.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online service has reached the worldwide rollout phase from Microsoft’s global datacenters, concomitantly with the Beta release.

For the time being, the Dynamics CRM Online service will also be served into eight languages but on only 36 markets.

The service will go live in Austria, Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

In addition, the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace Beta will also go live by the end of this month.

Free of charge for the Beta, the service is designed to provide a marketplace for partners to market and distribute Microsoft Dynamics products.

“Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is the true realization of customer relationship management — dynamic, open, uncompromising, extensible and fully integrated into the desktop — as both software and a service,” commented Doug Zone, chief technology officer of MetraTech Corp.

“When it is combined with the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace, we will now be able to market and distribute our solutions to an even broader audience.”
