The company is preparing several updates for Windows RT

The Windows RT jailbreak tool is still up for grabs and even though Microsoft hasn’t talked too much about it lately, the company may actually block it with this month’s Patch Tuesday fixes.

The company will release a total of three updates aimed at this specific platform, but none of them is marked as “critical.” Just like Windows 7 and Windows 8, Windows RT will get “important” updates exclusively, one of which may block the jailbreak tool.

Aside from Windows RT, Microsoft will also deliver critical updates for Internet Explorer, as it appears that all versions of the company’s in-house browser are affected by major vulnerabilities.

As usual, all updates will be delivered via the integrated Windows Update, so make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet tomorrow morning.
