Microsoft now has a new CEO, in the person of former cloud boss Satya Nadella, so the company can finally start focusing on what’s next for Windows, Office, Surface, and other family products.

Since many people were wondering how much money Nadella would actually receive for replacing Steve Ballmer at the helm of the company, the offer sent by Microsoft’s HR department to the new CEO himself comes to put things straight.

Of course, Nadella reports only to the board and will participate in the Microsoft Executive Incentive Program (EIP) that could bring him additional rewards.

Satya Nadella will have an annual salary of $1.2 million (€890,000), as well as several other benefits and bonuses (which can go up to $13.2 million for fiscal year 2015 in the form of incentives) in case he positively influences Microsoft’s performance.

Here’s the full financial statement received by Satya Nadella on February 3, one day before his appointment as Microsoft CEO became official.
