While the Surface with Windows 8 is getting all the attention these days, Microsoft continues to struggle to make the Surface RT a successful product.

The device will go on sale in several new European countries on February 14, but still no word on international availability of the Surface Pro.

The new markets to get the Surface RT are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, according to a Microsoft press release.

Just like in the other countries where the Surface RT is already available, the device will be sold in three different flavors, with 32 GB or 64 GB of storage space and with or without a Touch Cover. Pricing will depend on the market, but more information will be released on this at a later date.
