Microsoft has just released two new Sculpt mice specifically aimed at Windows 8 users, giving them the option to interact with features integrated in this particular operating system much easier.

The so-called Sculpt Comfort Mouse is equipped with a touch-sensitive blue strip on the side that Microsoft calls “Windows touch tab.” This allows you to easily make the most of Windows 8, so pressing it quickly launches the Start Screen, while a quick swipe down brings up the app switcher.

The Sculpt Mobile Mouse, on the other hand, comes with a Windows button and four-way scrolling, while using an USB receiver to establish the connection with your computer.

The Sculpt Comfort Mouse will be priced at $39.95 (€30.95), while the Mobile Mouse will be sold for $29.95 (€23.15). The first is expected to go on sale in June, while the latter should see daylight this month.
