Just ten days later than in North America

As it usually happens in the gaming world, Europe is going to receive the highly anticipated Too Human a bit later than the North Americans but, this time, it's only a ten-day delay. Yes, this means that Too Human is coming to European consoles on the 29th of August this year (if you don't want to do the math and have forgotten the release date in North America, it is the 19th of August 2008).

The game developed by Silicon Knights (Eternal Darkness, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes) comes with a modern take on Norse mythology, while presenting us an apocalyptic story of nothing else but a conflict which might destroy mankind forever. However, in Too Human, you won't be the lonesome super hero who kills hordes of enemies and saves the day - no, the game won't be that predictable! Instead, you will be the divine cybernetic son of Odin, Baldur (whatever that means) who kills hordes of enemies and saves the day. So, it's different!

In a mix of action and RPG genres, you'll see a rather strange combination of melee fighting and firearms combat (in the future, fighting with a sword seems to be a better alternative than firing a gun - or so it appears in the demo), but the game is nevertheless fun and exciting, providing countless moments of pure, hardcore action. Add to that the fact that you'll be able to play it via Xbox Live together with your friends, and you'll definitely have double the fun of the single player campaign.

Now, even though the North Americans will have a bit of extra experience with the game, since they'll have ten days to test it, I'm sure Europeans will be glad to hear that Microsoft and Silicon Knights decided to offer them the Xbox 360 exclusive pretty soon. So, schedule a visit to the nearest game shop on the 29th of August!
