Developer EA Sports and Microsoft announce that all pre-orders for the Xbox One next-gen console that are placed in Europe will come with a bundled copy of FIFA 14 on launch.

The official Twitter account of Larry Hryb, the community manager at Microsoft, states, “In Europe this Holiday: All pre-orders of #XboxOne will include a copy of FIFA 14 (while stock lasts) #Xboxgamescom.”

The bundle was rumored yesterday and it seems that Microsoft is creating it in order to attract more attention to its device and make up for the delay that’s affecting a number of countries.

FIFA is one of the most successful sports-based series in the world of gaming and the title is especially popular in Europe, which hosts the biggest football championships in the world.

The Xbox One will be launched at some point in November, but the official date is not yet available.
