14 DAY TRIAL // Tech giant Microsoft has just released a new improvement for Bing News, allowing users to easily keep track of topics regarding a specific person with minimum effort.
The so-called visual carousel should now appear in Bing News every time you search for a given celebrity, alongside lots of other helpful details.
“Starting today, you can search for a notable person in current events and not only see the top news results from across the web, but also a visual carousel which allows you to explore important and timely topics related to the specific person you’re searching for. Building this browse-able news experience requires a deep understanding of current events, the people that matter and how relationships between these two play out in public life,” Microsoft explained.
In addition to the new photo carousel, Microsoft has also extended the news article index, so from now on, it will also display stories that are more than two weeks old.
