Microsoft Acts Desperately - Deletes 'Frozen 360s' Thread

Remember the 900 frozen 360s news? You know that wasn't a joke, or a batch of 900 faulty machines. It's true, Forza Motorsport 2 is the cause for all the reports of frozen 360s. OK, the world knows it, Microsoft obviously knows it too, so why did they go and delete all 900 user reports of malfunctioning 360s...? That's right boys and girls, Microsoft's covering the whole thing up.

The news came
straight from a piece up on GameRush Entertainment Microsoft, which reads that MS "has deleted the long thread, now stating that it's 'exclusive content for registered forum users' only". They did however delete registered members' reports too, as they've entirely deleted the long thread.

In response, gamers on the forum have posted another thread entitled "Was the massive thread about xbox freezing deleted?," where one user writes: "omg? You see, they don't *** care about us. All they want is money. I demand an explanation! What a bunch of pricks. Screw this, i'm phoning MS." Here's another disappointed user, as I found on the reporting site: "I've decided to make a thread to try to get an actual count of people who've had their Xbox 360 die since their Forza purchase..." As you can imagine, just a few minutes had passed and more gamers began posting their problems.

Of course, gamers could go for other systems, giving Microsoft's an equally damaging answer, but hey, I know how it feels like to be hooked on a console sporting some exclusive titles (or that just plays them better), so I understand these gamers' anger perfectly.

What surprises me, though, is that an electronics giant such as Microsoft has resorted to such a "diplomatic" solution, as to delete over 900 forum threads referring to frozen and even bricked 360s, due to Forza Motorpsport 2. Honestly now, do they expect us to just forget about it now that it's not there?
