Microsoft is already delivering the next step in the evolution of a celebrity-focused website it introduced just four months ago. The Redmond company indicated that content would expand with the inclusion of Twitter and celebrity blogs. Wonderwall now features a new aggregator designed to bring fans the latest updates from their favorite celebrities. In this regard, the new Celebrifeed section on the website is designed to centralize both tweets and blog posts authored by the celebrities themselves. Users have the option to access either tweets or blog posts from starlets, or both in an aggregate view.

Wonderwall “Celebrifeed” offers fans an alternative to following multiple disparate sources. Through the new nook on the Microsoft celebrity hotspot on MSN, users will be spoiled with a steady, non-stop flow of celebrity scoops from the stars themselves. The promise from Microsoft is that content is updated in real time. This means that as soon as a celebrity tweets or posts a new blog entry, Celebrifeed will grab the content and make it available to end users.

At the time of this article for example, Spencer Pratt was tweeting: “Sitting with Janice D******** , john Salley, lou diamond phillips in first class about to take off for the jungle.” Diddy was also spreading some love via Twitter: “I Love u even when you don't love ME! I will always love you! I LOVE YOU! I Believe in you! The devil is a liar!” And Tila Tequila was sharing her thoughts on President Obama and Prop 8 via her MySpace blog.

“Features of Celebrifeed include: sorting by celebrity name or the chronology of the Tweet/blog entry; click-through feature to learn more about the celebrity; one-click feature to access the Tweet or blog directly,” Microsoft informed.
