Microsoft has launched the MSNewday website to centralize information related to the Microsoft launching event of the year. There simply is no comparison to the simultaneous launch of Windows Vista, the 2007 Office System and Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.

"Our Business Value launch occurs today in New York City. You can probably expect a lot of news coverage of the event, but if you want to be part of it yourself, we've created a virtual launch site so you can do just that. This site is replete with links to the launch keynote, videos of Microsoft executives, a Partner Showcase illustrating how other companies are preparing for deployment or using MS technology to move their businesses forward, live footage from the event itself being held at NASDAQ in NYC, and a forum for discussing business value," revealed Nick White, Microsoft Product Manager.

Via MSNewday, you will be able to watch live Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer ring the bell that will open the NASDAQ market in New York. Ballmer's keynote on the launching of Vista, Office 2007 and Exchange 2007 will be also live.

And while Windows Vista will be available for volume customers starting November 30, the operating system is still 60 days away from hitting the shelves on January 30, 2007, the date that corresponds to the product's general availability.
