Indian handset maker Micromax is about to debut a new Android phone in the country. Dubbed A100, the smartphone will soon go on sale in India for Rs 9,999 (180 USD or 145 EUR) outright.

, but the device is currently out of stock, which suggests that the Indian company plans to release the A100 within the next couple of days.
Hardware-wise, the smartphone boasts a large 5-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display, a 5-megapixel rear photo snapper and a 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery.
