14 DAY TRIAL // A new Micromax smartphone is now available for purchase in India, none other than the recently rumored Micromax Canvas Power A96.
The mobile phone can be seen listed on the official Micromax Store with a price tag of Rs. 9900 ($159/€116) attached to it, all dressed up in Black, as fonearena reports.
The handset arrives on shelves with a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) IPS screen, as well as with a 1.3 GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6582M processor packed inside. Moreover, it features 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, microSD memory card slot, and a 4000 mAh battery.
On the back, the new device sports a 5-megapixel camera, paired with a VGA front camera for video calling. The phone also features dual-SIM capabilities, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS loaded on top.
