14 DAY TRIAL // Today, Micromax made official a new smartphone in its Canvas series, namely the Micromax A92 Canvas Lite, which is set to become available for purchase in India at Rs. 8,499 ($142 / €109) over the weekend.
The new mobile phone arrives on shelves with a 5-inch (480 x 854 pixels) touchscreen display and with a 1 GHz dual-core processor inside, while running under Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
The specifications list of the new device also includes 512MB of RAM, along with 4GB of internal memory, and a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space.
Furthermore, the handset hits the market with 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity options, GPS receiver, FM Radio with Recording, a 2000 mAh battery, and Dual SIM (GSM + GSM) with Dual Standby capabilities, Fonearena reports.
