Many major celebrity publications are dedicating this week’s issue to the Duggar scandal, which broke last week. After an InTouch Weekly investigation, Josh Duggar, son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, stars of TLC’s 19 Kids and Counting, publicly admitted to having molested 5 minors when he was 14 and 15 years old.

Some of his victims were his sisters; the incidents occurred between 2002 and 2003 in the Duggar home, and both parents found out about it relatively soon after the first one. Authorities didn’t get involved until 2006, when they were tipped about the situation, but the investigation led nowhere: no one wanted to go on the record and the statute of limitations had passed.

The Duggars are TV’s most wholesome family, so no wonder the interest in the details of the case is greater than in many other tragic situations of this kind.

Funny Or Die is chiming in, releasing a spoof video of what Jim Bob and Michelle’s statement after the shocking revelation would sound like. Comedians Erin Gibson and Greg Jones rip into the two for the way they handled the situation, and highlight every reason for which the Duggars are now being accused of hypocrisy.
