Now that she's done promoting “My Week with Marilyn,” Michelle Williams can look forward to what the future might bring. One thing is certain: it won't include more movie roles, at least not for a year or so.

The actress, who has spoken before of her willingness to quit Hollywood if she believed this would benefit her family and her daughter Matilde (her own child, to late actor Heath Ledger), is dropping similar hints now.

Present at the Screen Actors' Guild Awards the other night after being nominated for Best Actress for “Marilyn,” Michelle spoke to E! correspondent Giuliana Rancic about her plans for the future.

Oddly enough, she revealed that, professionally, she had nothing booked for a very simple reason: she wants to spend more time with her daughter.

“Absolutely nothing,” she said when asked what was on her plate next. “I just want to go back to being a mom for a while.”

That Michelle is a very devoted mother is no secret: after all, only a couple of weeks ago, when she won Best Actress at the 2012 Golden Globes, she dedicated her win to Matilde.

“I consider myself a mother first and an actress second, and so the person I most want to thank is my daughter, my little girl, whose bravery and exuberance is the example that I take with me in my work and in my life,” Michelle said during her acceptance speech, as we also informed you at the time.

Come to think of it, that she's very open to the idea of quitting acting became pretty obvious when her September 2011 interview with Hobo magazine came out – and she said the fame game meant nothing to her and that she could take a regular job any day just to get out of Hollywood.
