After much talk, controversy and teasing, the first official poster for “My Week with Marilyn” is out. It shows Michelle Williams, the leading lady, striking a very sultry and pensive pose.

All in black and white, the only dash of color in the poster is in Williams' eyes, which are of a startling deep blue in what is probably the producers' not-too-subtle way of saying this film will look behind the facade, to show the “real” Marilyn.

At the same time, quotes from two major media outlets promise an Oscar-worthy film and a mind-blowing performance from Williams, who has already gotten some heat for agreeing to do the part when, skeptics say, she has nothing in common with the iconic blonde.

Judging by her recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, she's fully aware of the pressure she's under to deliver a top-notch, spotless performance.

“My Week with Marilyn” also stars Eddie Redmayne, Emma Watson and Kenneth Branagh, and will be out in theaters at the beginning of November.
