For years, there’s been a lot of speculation around Michelle Rodriguez’s orientation, especially because she never really seemed to make an honest effort to shut down inaccurate reports. She’s doing that now, in her new interview with Entertainment Weekly.

Speaking with the publication, the “Fast & Furious” star expresses her belief that all those gay rumors are closely related to the fact that she always walks the red carpet alone.

Her being typecast as a “butchy girl” also contributes to that impression, she says.

The truth is somewhere in the middle, she finally sets the record straight: she’s swinging both ways and she refuses to allow anyone to fit her into one box or another.

“Eh, they're not too far off. I've gone both ways. I do as I please. I am too [expletive]-ing curios to sit here and not try when I can. Men are intriguing. So are chicks,” Michelle says, smiling.

Her fans know that, throughout her career, she’s been linked to some of her co-stars, both male and female, including Vin Diesel, Olivier Martinez, and Kristanna Loken.

Asked a while back by a women’s magazine to describe her ideal man, Michelle said she would never find a guy like Beckham attractive.

“I'm attracted to manly men. I can't do metrosexuals who get their nails done more than me. Which is why, living in LA for eight years, you can't blame me for not having a partner!” she said.

Michelle can now be seen on the big screen in “Machete Kills,” the sequel to Robert Rodriguez’s “Machete.” Meanwhile, she’s filming “Fast & Furious 7,” after returning to the franchise with a huge bang after a long hiatus.

Aside from these 2 franchises, she’s also done “Avatar” and “Resident Evil,” and a variety of other projects that made her into the Hollywood go-to tough girl.
