14 DAY TRIAL // Michael Lohan may have just lost whatever trace of respect the public still had for him, if what his ex-fiancée Kate Major is telling Page Six is true. Apparently, Lindsay’s father is shopping around town a set of pics taken when she was asleep, and which show her in very embarrassing postures. Several media outlets have already been shown the pics and asked to make an offer on them.
This is Lohan’s revenge for Major going to the police to file a domestic violence complaint against him, word in the industry has it. As it happens, the entire set of photos is already available online (we will not provide a link to them, though) and, indeed, they show Major without a top on, deep in sleep. Michael has been telling friends who, in their turn, have told the tabloids, that he only took the photos to show how much of a drunk Kate was and how she’d often party until she passed out.
She, on the other hand, insists Michael is a disgusting human being who snapped her while she was asleep, trying now to make money off her shame and public humiliation. “While his daughter Lindsay languishes in jail, Michael Lohan is busy trying to sell [inappropriate] pictures of his ex-fiancée, Kate Major. One photo, seen by Page Six, shows Major topless and passed out in bed with her engagement ring still on her finger,” the aforementioned gossip column reads.
“She told us, ‘Michael is disgusting. I was never aware my then-fiancé took these pictures, as he took them when I was asleep and without my knowledge or per mission. My lawyer will be dealing with this.’ Lohan, who’s been accused of assault by Major after allegedly shoving her over a chair and kicking her in the face, couldn’t be reached for comment,” Page Six further writes.
Indeed, it’s only days that Major, who, not long ago, was dating Jon Gosselin of the “Jon & Kate Plus 8” reality show, filed a complaint against Lohan. Contacted for comment on the claims that he pushed and kicked her, Michael Lohan said that Kate Major was an unreliable alcoholic who’d been living off him for many months and who didn’t know what to do and what lie to come up with next to make rent.
