Michael Jackson, who has the full custody of his children with Debbie Rowe, has been sued a year ago by his former Jewish wife, whom he divorced in 1999, after three years of marriage. In 2001, Deborah Jackson Rowe has voluntarily gave up her parental rights.
Now, the famous pop star, 46, wants to put and end to the legal dispute over visitation rights to their children, Prince Michael, eight, and Paris, seven, according to BBC.
"The resolution will be to everybody's satisfaction," Jackson's attorney Michael Abrams said. "I'm hoping everybody will go away happy", Abrams added.
On the other hand, the attorney hired by Debbie Ms Rowe, who has been praising Michael during his child abuse trial, has not confirmed that an agreement was near, saying: "I wouldn't want to jeopardise anything for the parties."
Michael Jackson, who was acquitted of child molestation charges in June, and has been recently sued by another man for sexual abuse, is also the father of another child, Prince Michael II, also known as "Blanket", whose mother has not been publicly identified.
