Michael Jackson Was Not a Molester, Authorities Say |

Despite the fact that Michael Jackson was under investigation for more or less 10 years for improper conduct around minors, there was never any truth to the allegations, it has now emerged. Moreover, authorities had zero evidence to support his accusers’ claims.
Starting with 1993, as any Michael Jackson fan must know, the singer’s life was turned upside down by allegations of improper conduct.
He settled the first case outside the court which, his mother Katherine said on Today the other day, he did not want because he knew that would make him appear guilty.
Now, a source familiar with the investigations is telling Radar Online that authorities never had a shred of evidence to back up the claims made by his accusers throughout the years.
In other words, Michael Jackson has been vilified for no reason at all.
“The Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services absolutely agrees with Katherine that her son never molested any child in cases the department investigated,” the source says.
The admission comes one day after Katherine Jackson’s interview with Matt Lauer for Today, in which she said the biggest misconception about her son had been that he was a molester.
It ruined his career and, ultimately, his life, even though he tried his best to work with the authorities to prove that the allegations made against him were false.
“Michael was fully cooperative during all of his interactions with DCFS. Michael was interviewed for hours without his lawyer. He held nothing back. He couldn’t understand why these allegations were being made against him. DCFS cleared him on any wrongdoing in ALL investigations,” the insider explains for Radar.
On the other hand, Michael did put himself in situations that left room for interpretations – but only because he was a child at heart himself, he never meant any harm.
“Did Michael put himself in precarious situations that most normal people wouldn’t? Absolutely... The questioning was very, very hard on Michael, he just couldn’t fathom that anyone could accuse him of being a child molester,” says the tipster.
Moreover, the accuser that stepped forward with his story in 2005 wasn’t even credible, the source adds.

| Comment #4 by: Blighty on 06 May 2011, 13:33 UTC | reply to this comment | Dismissed as just the words of a mother, Katherine Jackson has in fact been saying the same thing for over two decades.
So why did a powerful body of men and women in 1993 and since, decide to kill the story of Evan Chandler’s self-evident extortion, and instead chase the phantoms ex -Santa Barbara District Attorney, Thomas Sneddon threw their way — in the form of bottom feeders like Diane Dimond et al?
How disgraceful that a man who gave so much to his mother country was essentially disbelieved and hunted until the day he died, and that those paid to expose all sides of a story — not just the angles that sell units — did not do their job.
Thank you for printing this SoftPedia, I hope this story accelerates.

Your coverage of this information is greatly appreciated. The truth is there, buried under years of manipulation and focus on the sensational by media and individuals who made their name at Jackson’s expense. Mrs. Jackson is certainly not the only person who defends her son on this issue. She is his mother and has the determination over time to speak out and speak the truth. ‘It’s been a long time coming…’ thank you for taking one of the first steps. |

We are a group who have collected petitions and are hiring a atty in Calif. to stop the defaming of the dead and Michael is our reason. I am a 68 year old grandmother who watched Michael grow up to be the most beautiful in spirit, soul and body of a human being that only wanted to help the world. Let us now help him by trying to get this law changed so that Michael can finally rest in peace!!

| Comment #13 by: Tara on 06 May 2011, 15:35 UTC | reply to this comment | Thank you for reporting the truth. I am not a fan of Michael Jackson, but I have been reading about the case for some time now, and it is obvious to me that the allegations were false. I wish somehow it could be shown to the public that this man is legally more innocent than any of us(as in, he has been thoroughly investigated, and there is no chance in the world that he did it). Also, I would also like the attention to be brought to the shady D.A. Tom Sneddon who is known for faking evidence and actually sending one innocent man to jail (later, the accuser admitted that she lied, so he was released). I would really like to read more news article about him, considering that this, should I call him, criminal, instead of being put on trial, even has a building in his honor in the US. |
| Comment #14 by: Thetis 7 on 06 May 2011, 15:54 UTC | reply to this comment | Those of us who followed the cases know the truth and we know there was never, ever anything incriminating on him. The truth that has been spinned from the media since day 1. I am glad to see a journalist that doesn't have an agenda.
"Ivy Mondy of the Department of Children’s Services, which was also investigating the case, said “we thought there would be a lot of attention given to this case because of who is involved, but when you get down to the facts of the case, you can’t always proceed”. September 1994.
Nobody wondered why while MJ was fully cooperating with the police, Evan Chandler and Barry Rothman REFUSED to cooperate for the extortion! And the police left them alone but they scrutinized Jackson. The FBI files agree with the DCFS. |
| Comment #15 by: Lana on 06 May 2011, 16:01 UTC | reply to this comment | It is so great to see somebody finally printing the truth about Michael Jackson, though it is tragic that the man was taunted and hunted by an over-zealous prosecutor and tabloid media until his death and beyond. These facts and the documents to back them up are easily found for anyone actually seeking the truth, and not just another sensational tabloid story to sell papers or get hits on the web. Thank you Softpedia for printing this story. |
| Comment #16 by: Judith on 06 May 2011, 16:16 UTC | reply to this comment | This article highlights how the public is routinely and deliberately cheated of information that could affect how opinions are formed. How? In the case of Michael Jackson, the ubiquitous tabloid press decided what material would be featured and how prominently. There was a concerted effort by the powerful tabloids to ignore or bury relevant facts favorable to Jackson, and hype wildly-profitable, salacious headlines and biased stories featuring paid informants with clear anti-Jackson agendas. Worse, the mainstream press — fearing irrelevance – followed suit, soiling its name and credibility along the way.
Newsgathering and reporting (with some exceptions) has morphed into the ‘journalism of personal destruction’ headed by modern day robber barons like Rupert Murdoch who substitute ‘self-service’ for serving the public interest. As a news consumer, I am angry at the brazen disregard for facts shown by tabloid proctologists who masquerade as journalists. Rather than a legitimate topic for news coverage, Jackson became a target for their search and destroy mission. The tabloids even dared to wrest authority from the courts and become Jackson’s judge, jury and executioner.
I’m grateful for this article, though it comes too late to fortify Mr. Jackson’s personal fight for justice while he lived. This story should be on every Page 1 around the world as part of a bigger inquiry documenting how irresponsible, profit-focused tabloidism — left unchecked and unaccountable — can destroy the famous and the obscure, manipulate public opinion, and undermine the foundations of freedom itself. |
| Comment #17 by: Casper07MJ on 06 May 2011, 16:23 UTC | reply to this comment | This should be plastered across all tabloids and newspapers like they do everything else pertaining to Michael. But like he said "good news doesnt sell" #justice4MJ is slowly progressing BUT it is progressing. |
| Comment #18 by: DebInMichigan on 06 May 2011, 16:27 UTC | reply to this comment | NOW he deserves a big time PUBLIC APOLOGY from all who falsely accused him of doing this terrible crime. So very sadly of course, it's reported too late to save Michael Jackson's life, and only now because the most profitable media narrative has shifted.
But more revelations of this sort provide much needed reparations by the media and comfort to the family, do please keep them coming. |

| Comment #24 by: Irma on 06 May 2011, 16:43 UTC | reply to this comment | It's shameful that only after Michael's sad tragic death people remember to open their mouths and tell
the truth about Michael. The only pure truth which is that Michael always was innocent!
Michael always was innocent! He never was a child molester.
Two grand juries in 1993 who were investigating the allegations and examined every testimony, every evidence the prosecution presented them.
The two grand juries agreed that there is no evidence no case nothing against Michael, that there is no evidence to prove these false allegations against Michael
and that's why they didn't even issued an indictment.
The same in 2005 the jury agreed that Michael was innocent and he was proven and declared 14 times NOT GUILTY by the jury!
The FBI investigated Michael from 1993-2005 and found NOTHING! They traveled around the world looking for victims and they found NONE-NOTHING!
They searched all the computers that were in Neverland looking for something incriminating and again FOUND NOTHING!
The same with the Sheriff Department they searched every little detail in Neverland every book every little detail and they also found NOTHING!
Ignorant people who have not even done a little research about these false allegation in 1993,love to
run with their mouth saying that the settlement in 1993 was in order shut
the Chandlers up.
It so was not.
First of all,the Chandlers dropped their molestations allegations and settled for negligence.Michael Jackson always maintained his innocence in the settlement as well.
Second,The settlement also cleary says that nothing avoids the Chandlers to talk with the
authorities and nothing avoids them them to testify in a criminal trial.
They chose not to testify even though that nothing prevented them from doing so.They took the money and run like cowards because it was all false and nothing
happened. In 2005, the FBI tried to bring Jordan to testify in the 2005 trial but he refused, and threatened them with a lawsuit. He also said that "He has done his part".
Michael always was INNOCENT both in 1993 and in 2005.
The only ones who don't want to see it are the tabloids-media who crucified and lynched Michael Jackson for decades because of their disgusting ego, greed and jealousy!
And of course the ignorant lazy people who love put their dirt on innocent people because that's how they feel good with themselves.
By destroying others.
It's the people who are twisted in their ill mind- Definitely Not Michael Jackson! |

| Comment #26 by: Lora on 06 May 2011, 17:17 UTC | reply to this comment | Thank you for this positive article. Actually, a person from Department of Children and Family Services did testify in 2005 trial basically saying that there was no proof of molestation. This evidence was totally ignored by the prosecution and essentially by the media. This is only one example of one-sided media coverage of Michael Jackson's 1993 accusations and 2005 trial. Once again, thank you for bringing this information to public attention. |
| Comment #27 by: Resa on 06 May 2011, 18:06 UTC | reply to this comment | Thank you Softpedia for reporting the truth. Michael Jackson was acquitted on 14 counts in 2005, two grand juries threw the case out in 1994, Jackson’s insurance company
paid the settlement (his insurance paid out against his protests ) (Michael Jackson called them liars, and the Chandlers signed it. Michael Jackson declared again his innocence and the Chandlers could not speak to the media. They could only speak in court. No one prevented them from speaking in a criminal court, and they could do it and still keep the money. http://vindicatemj.wordpress.com/2011/04/20/history-vs-evanstory-the-1993-allegations-part-2/) ,
Jordie Chandler emancipating himself, a tape recording of Evan Chandler laying out his plans to destroy Jackson, Evan Chandler suing Jackson for $60 million and wanting to record an album called EVANstory, (On May 7, 1996, Evan Chandler proved again it was all about money. He sued Michael Jackson, his wife Lisa Marie, ABC, Sony, Diane Sawyer, Howard Stern and 300 John Does, including Mary Fischer for her 1994 GQ article (it was reported at the time that she was deposed and that she revealed her sources). He said Jackson breached the settlement’s confidentiality and the others helped him and he asked for $60 million. He also asked the court’s permission to sing about the 1993 allegations by releasing an album called “EVANstory”! http://vindicatemj.wordpress.com/2011/04/20/history-vs-evanstory-the-1993-allegations-part-3/) Jordie Chandler threatening the prosecution (Sneddon) with legal action if he was subpoenaed to testify in 2005, Evan and Ray Chandler refusing to testify in 2005, Evan Chandler trying to kill Jordie after Jackson was acquitted, Evan shooting himself in the head a few months after Jackson’s death, Gavin Arvizo saying that he was molested at Neverland when Jackson wasn’t even at Neverland, and then changing the date to a time when Jackson was being investigated by DCFS, the FBI, the Santa Barbara DA and under intense media scrutiny, the FBI releasing their files on Jackson (after his death) saying that they never had any evidence of Jackson molesting anyone. If all of those facts aren’t enough to convince you that Jackson was not a child molester, you don’t want to see the truth. |

Why isn't this on every station and news outlet in the world, because when they falsely accused this man, it was hard to get a way from. I for one feel it is irresponsible of the media and the public to follow with the masses just because it's printed. Do your own research. This should be a lesson to all of you. This needs to be heard and it should be seen. If I was his family, I would demand it. This is unfortunate that he is no longer here to see his name cleared. So get to clearing...media heads! |

| Comment #34 by: Amber on 06 May 2011, 19:46 UTC | reply to this comment | The fans have ALWAYS known this about Michael Jackson. If you truly know his heart, his message, and the person he was, then you know that Michael was ALWAYS INNOCENT. Michael was an amazing human being. He really was. And his talent was out of this world. It is so sad the way the media, and the public treated him. It is tragic how opportunists took advantage of him and his sensitivity. He did not deserve any of it.
I’m glad people are starting to speak the truth. How unfortunate for Michael that the media is now only reporting the truth after his death. Sad, unfair, and unjust if you ask me. |

Even though he was acquitted on ALL counts, there are TOO many people out there who refuse to listen to us fans. Maybe some of them will finally listen if "official" sources join us. Michael Jackson needs to be celebrated and loved by every person on this planet, for he loved and celebrated every person himself. He loved humanity, and look what humanity did to him. I just can't describe how happy I am to be reading these articles today :o) |
| Comment #38 by: GiGi on 06 May 2011, 20:37 UTC | reply to this comment | thank-you for having the integrity to print the truth about the complete innocence of Michael Jackson. Its unfortunate that you are one of the only media outlets that does have integrity, but a least it's a start. Any fool doing their due diligence from 1993 onward knew the accusations against Michael Jacskon were lies and nothing more than extortion. |
| Comment #39 by: J.Leone on 06 May 2011, 21:48 UTC | reply to this comment | Why hasn't this "tipster" spoken out before? His life could have turned out much differently if this information had been shared. It is a real shame!
Thank you very much for carrying this very important story. The world now knows the truth; however, it is too late for Mr. Jackson to see his complete vindication in print.
He dedicated his whole life to using his talents, and the money and fame it brought to him, to help children all over the world. Hopefully, this legacy of philanthropy and one-of-a-kind talent, will now be the focus- not the false allegations that ruined his life. |

I only wished that Michael lived to see responsible and honest reporting of his innocence. The truth being told about his innocence is now for his family, children to see his name cleared and for those millions across the globe who still love him dearly. |
| Comment #46 by: Someonewhocares on 07 May 2011, 00:50 UTC | reply to this comment | It is about time someone started telling the truth about Michael. He would never harm a child in any way. He was NOT a child molester. He was an angel sent from God. Everyone needs to open their eyes. Just because he was different did not mean he was a bad person. His heart was filled with too much love for all, including children, they are our joy and happiness. So innocent |
| Comment #49 by: Ms Pettigrew on 07 May 2011, 07:01 UTC | reply to this comment | I never believed MJ molested anyone. That said, I question the credibility of this article. Who wrote it? Why not name the sources? "A source familiar with the investigations". "A tipster". One thing I've learned since Michael died is that anyone can write/say anything. Doesn't make it true. We cannot restore Michael's good name with bogus articles. Come on, folks. Let's do it the right way. |
| Comment #50 by: Lara May on 07 May 2011, 10:16 UTC | reply to this comment | Thank you for this rarely honest article about Michael. He was innocent and anyone who would take the time to research what actually went on during the settlement and the 2005 trial would see that he was 1000% innocent. It was all about greed and taking advantage of Michael's trustful nature. He trusted the wrong people with his business and he was too good to unfortunate families. They took advantage of his generosity and tried to cash in by making claims about molestation. The media didn't report the truth and still aren't; That is why so many people still think he was guilty. It's absurd considering the amount of money and energy that was put into trying to convict an innocent man and still failed to prove any wrongdoing on Michael's part. I recomend everyone to watch some interviews with his honorable former defense attorney Mr Thomas Mesereau for insight on the horrible treatment Michael had to suffer during his last years on this planet. Bless you Michael, we know you were always innocent. You devoted your life to do good in this world and spread joy and love and you succeeded. No matter what the biased media writes. |

Even it takes a little, the truth always prevails in the end. Michael was always innocent, he never hurt a child. Michael devoted his entire life to make the world a better place, helped thousands of people with his philanthropic work. Throughout his life, he always spread a message of love and peace through his music. But some people did not care about his messages and just wanted destroy his image. The media created absurd lies about Michael, through their sensationalist articles and programs, to soil his name. The greedy media created these unfounded stories about him, just because of money. Tom Sneddon, and all involved including Mrs Arviso should be brought up on charges for false allegations, false evidence, extortion, and false arrests of Michael Joe Jackson! Thank you for putting this inforamtion out here. It is long over due |

Does anyone immense never thought of the damage he suffered with all these false accusations? It was so horrible, so unfair to his family, his children, for himself and his fans. I hope today from where he is,he sees as more than 5 years of all this abyss who lived, dare to disclose more detail the "why" it always was, is and shall be held harmless.
This is further proof for all those who still they blame him.

| Comment #58 by: MJ-DarkChild on 08 May 2011, 04:29 UTC | reply to this comment | Thank you very much for this heart-warming and truthful article. So many times we rush to leave comments on articles written to defame and slander Michael's Legacy, but we take our time or say nothing at all about positive articles, such as this one.
This article brings hope to a dying world that true media is still alive and is on it's way to the fore-front, as it should be. I appreciate the time you took to share this article with the world and I can say, for certain, that the Jackson's will be equally thrilled; as they continue to grieve the loss of a loved one while we grieve along side of them.
If this article can bring joy to our hearts I can't imagine what it will do for them. Your exposition of truth is well received. You make our mission to advocate less difficult. An unbiased media base is what will be needed to finally put this shameful abuse of Michael Jackson, our fallen soldiers and others to rest. |

| Comment #60 by: Tori Tompkins on 08 May 2011, 11:31 UTC | reply to this comment | I commend this writer for publishing this article. How tragic though that such details, which have been routinely supported by Mr.Jackson's words and actions and the testimonies of close friends for years, were not widely circulated at the time. How tragic that the media concerned itself more with the destruction of an innocent, kindly man, rather than printing the truth about him. Because of their irresponsible coverage of both the 1993 "settlement," and the absurd 2005 trial, (which amounted to a modern day lynching,) Mr.Jackson was never able to enjoy the vindication he so readily deserved. I can only hope that those in the media decide to exercise their consciences, long buried under ignorance, avarice and prejudice, and partake in the circulation of this story so that Mr.Jackson's legacy can shine with its full brightness. It is time the media assume responsibility for their publications and the impact they can have on the general mindset. Through a rabid pursuit of profit and status-an innocent man's life was completely destroyed-now, a mother is left without a son and three children are left without a father-a son and a father that was brutally hounded, vilified, abused and ridiculed by a media which considers itself "free" and "autonomous." All those who involve themselves in this industry should be ashamed of what it has become-you promote the truth now, yet choose to bury it when it is most necessary-and, one of the greatest tragedies of all? That this kind, gentle man who gifted the world with so much light can never look upon this vindication, this truth, with his own eyes. The media today fosters and promotes man's inhumanity to his fellow man. This must be changed or any hope will be forever lost. |
| Comment #61 by: Maya on 08 May 2011, 12:26 UTC | reply to this comment | Michael Jackson himself wrote the words:
'Let the whole world be against me, as long as God knows I'm an innocent man'
Michael, the world does need to know and understand you are innocent; it may be too late for you, but not too late for your family and children.
God Bless. |
| Comment #62 by: Pendragon 57 on 08 May 2011, 13:03 UTC | reply to this comment | If the world needed further evidence of the witch-hunt against Michael Jackson in 2005, this has to be it. For some reason, this report wasn't allowed into court as evidence (Heaven only knows why), although Tom Meseraeu would have been aware of its content and used it to plan his line of questioning. Hence the credibility of the boy and his siblings was exposed, and Justice was served - but the sad thing is the media was only interested in Jackson being guilty.
Why did the investigative journalists, who were so vocal at this time, not seek out the information contained in this report and make it public? Why did they not focus more on revealing the depth of deceit by the boy, his family and other discredited witnesses? Why did they not report an out-of-hand attempt at extortion? Trashing Michael Jackson was far more lucrative... selling papers, procuring TV ratings and shocking the public. No-one cared about the damage done to Jackson's reputation, to his family, to his well-being. It's really difficult to make any sense out of this... as the report says "Michael Jackson has been vilified for no reason at all". British journalist Charles Thomson called this time "one of the most shameful episodes in journalistic history" - his review of what happened is here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/charles-thomson/one-of-the-most-shameful_b_610258.html
Perhaps the media can redeem themselves & admit the wrongs of the past and publish this report everywhere and anywhere so that the doubters can see that Jackson was set up big-time.
Too late for Jackson himself now - but some consolation for his family and supporters. Perhaps it might even make the media stop and think of the consequences of what they say and do, so that this "trial by the media" never happens again. |

It's time that the world learns the truth about what happened in 1993 and in 2005. Michael Jackson always was innocent but the media wanted him to be guilty and Tom Sneddon wanted him to be guilty too. I am sure that Tom Sneddon knew that Michael never did anything wrong but he just did not care.
Now Michael is dead and it is to late to say sorry. But it is not to late to tell the truth! For him but also for his children. |

| Comment #84 by: Pat on 11 May 2011, 21:11 UTC | reply to this comment | None of this is news. The facts have been available for years. I am in my 50's and an observation I have made is that the reporting got progressively worse as the years went by--despite the complete lack of evidence all that time. Many of us are outraged that for years the facts have been supressed because they didn't suit the media's agenda. If it didn't fit in with the wacko jacko caricature they had created it wasn't considered attention-getting and therefore not profitable. Also, it would have meant going against the grain and risking criticism by the public and one's peers. Shameful. All of society should be outraged. This isn't just about Michael Jackson. Finally there are signs that the tide is turning. Thanks for printing the truth.(Sad, that we have to thank reporters for being truthful.) |

How many lives destroyed just for greed and malice? Michael said "noone will ever know just how much these wicked rumours have hurt me". We may not know his exact anguish - but many of us know just how much it broke this poor man's heart to be called the exact opposite of who he is. And many of us will never forget. |

He may RIP but I am a selfish person and I want him here on earth not just in spirit but in mind body and soul. He deserved to be vindicated on earth and to witness the very thing he and all the people who loved and believed him knew. I am glad that I was able to be alive to see this article and one day I will see justice toward all the people who publicly hurt him. Jordan Chandler, the DA, the cops, and the demon family from 2005. God will see that justice is done. He love everyone, no matter what type of race, religion, handicap, rich or poor. It didnt matter to him. He even gave his own money to pay for surgery for a little boy so he wouldnt die. For anyone to go and him accuse of something so cruel and terrible and mean should be ashamed for even thinking such horrible thoughts about someone who loved the world more than anyone. All people ever done was take from him and didnt care at all about him and what they were doing to him and his health. I have loved Michael ever since I was a little girl and never, ever once thought bad about him. This just sickens me so bad that now he is gone people r starting to look differently toward and actually see what kind of a person he really was and for someone to take his life and to take him away from us at such an early age, its just not right. At least now he can have peace, joy, and happiness that he so very deserves. I LOVE U MICHAEL and I never once doubted u my love. One day I will be with u and get the chance to see u, get my hug and dance that I've always wanted. I love u. Rest In Peace |

Another day goes by
that we're still asking why,
did you have to go and leave our world so cold.
It just does not seem fair, that your no longer here,
we couldn't say goodbye and to this day we all still cry.
Everyday we sit and ask ourselves why did God take you away
But someday soon we hope we'll know the truth.
Michael, your the King Of Pop and forever you will be, always in our hearts, for all eternity.
We'll never let you go, we have your music and videos to watch each and everyday, to help ease the pain away.
We miss your sweet smile, your soft sexy voice, and your laughter too,
Plus we miss your famous and great dance moves.
Oh Michael we miss you.
I LOVE YOU MICHAEL |

When God was vreating this baby he knew what he would be, for he was born unto Joe and Katherine for all of the world to see.
They let us into his life, during most of his childhood ways, althrough out his teen years, into his early adulthood days.
He then went on his own, wanted to be the best and proved this with the "Moonwalk" and a video that scared me half to death.
With the scary green eyes and the vampire teeth, oh yes, that video was "Thriller" you see.
He was loved by millions from all over the world but only wanted to be loved, unconditionally, and more.
He wanted that special soul mate that's true, and it could have been me, if I only knew.
We had so much in common, so very much you see, for we love children, and animals, and yes we love to climb those trees.
We love water gun fights and video games too, plus we like to take walks under the stars and the moon.
When I was a little girl I saw Peter Pan the movie, wanted to build a Neverland, but that never happened for me.
When I found out Michael had his, oh how bad I wanted to go, but was already married and had a baby you know.
I wish I could have met him, looked into those eyes, saw that sweet smile, heard that soft lovely voice.
I wanted a hug, his arms wrapped around me, so I could have felt all of his love and carried it forever with me.
That day that God came and took him away I did not believe, for I knew, eventually, he would be found by the Paparazzi.
I knew it was true and not a bad dream on the day of his memorial at the Staples Center you see.
From that day on oh how I cried, 24/7, and that is no lie.
I could not listen to his music or watch his videos, but when I was finally able, it was, "You Are Not Alone".
I love him so much and I always have, ever since I was a little girl and that is a fact.
I love you Michael, one day we'll meet, then I can have my hug and it won't be a dream.
God Bless Joe and Katherine and all his siblings too, especially his three children, Prince, Paris, and Blanket that's who.
I love you Michael, MY Peter Pan, My Angel who God came and took back to the Promised Land.
You were "Gone Too Soon" and that is so, but there is one more fact that I want you to know.
You are the "King Of Pop" and forever will remain, for no one here on earth, can ever take your place.
I LOVE YOU MICHAEL |

Michael my sweet angel high from above, you are safe now, for you are in the arms of love.
No one can hurt you, no not anymore, for all of the mean ones are far down below.
You were sweet, kind, gentle, loving, and warm, but they did not care, they were greedy, they all wanted more.
They wanted millions and got that to, but during the process they didn't care about what might happen to you.
They pushed you and pushed you even though you were sick, I know this for a fact, I saw you in "This Is It".
They thought you would be around forever, but that cannot be, for our time here on earth is limited, even for me.
Your spirit is alive and well, oh how that is true, for you fly high above the clouds, where the sky is so beautiful and blue.
Fly high my love, fly like Peter Pan and one day I'll be next to you, I'm your Tinkerbell I am.
I'll be by your side, then we'll go hand in hand, we'll fly all over the world, and you can take me to the places where I've never been.
I know you are with your family each and everday, for you were even with Jermaine in a country far away.
I miss you so much, wish I would have went to Neverland, there I could have met you, and yes, I would have wed you.
You would still be here today for you were the love of my life, and I would have kept you safe from those who took you away.
Keep smiling my sweet angel high from above, for you are safe now, you are in the arms of love.
I LOVE YOU MICHAEL |

Michael my sweet angel, you were so full of life, joy, and love.
You were brought here on earth to entertain each and everyone of us.
I was the unlucky one for I never got to see you, but oh how I did understand, cherish, and worship you.
Michael, it brightens my world each and everyday, when I hear your name, when I see your face, or even hear you sing.
I get butterflies in my stomach and my heart beats oh so fast, my face lights up with joy, and yes, that is a fact.
Michael, this world is not the same, without you here on earth, and my days are filled with sadness, that is a fact for sure.
Well, it has been almost 2 yrs. now my love since you have been g0ne and the pain inside is still so deep and still so very strong.
I did have someone helping me through this rough time in my life, she's an angel, she's a Godsend, she's your sister Janet, that's right.
I love you so much Michael, so much more than you could ever know.
I love you far beyond the Universe and that is a fact, that is so.
One day we'll be together, yes you and I, then my life will be happy again for I will be by your side.l
Keep flying Peter Pan, fly high all over this world, and one day I will be flying with you, for I am you Tinkerbell, I am you girl.
But until that day, keep your head up high, keep smiling that sweet smile, and keep the world happy and bright.
There was never any sandess when you were around you see, for you kept this world a happy place and that's where I want to be.
I LOVE YOU MICHAEL |
| Comment #96 by: Kalanac on 19 May 2011, 09:23 UTC | reply to this comment | This will no doubt provoke a torrent of comments calling me negative or a hater, but that genuinely isn't the case.
A lot of people are saying comments to the effect of "Finally the truth", "This proves his innocence" etc.
This article doesn't prove anything. It's the words of some anonymous source who's only connection with the investigation is "familiarity" not "involved".
I'm not saying he's innocent or guilty, I lack the ability and power to do so, but I can clearly state this article contains no solid facts and certainly shouldn't be heralded as the vindicator of the whole deal.
Besides which he was found innocent in a court, which holds a great deal more authority than an anonymous source who is "familiar" with the case. Heck, I'm "familiar" with it, but that doesn't mean I can or should comment about MJs innocence or guilt. |

Michael, last year on the 4th of July in 2010 I went to the park to see the fireworks my friend.
I asked God if he would please give me a sign, and oh how he did that, it was out of sight.
Right at the last I didn't know if it would be, and then all of a sudden it was him, you, and me.
A firework shot off, 3 hearts that is true, and they were actually red, white, and blue and then I knew it was you.
God was the red heart for he gives us all love.
You were the white heart for your an angel up above.
My heart was the blue one, oh how that is true, for my heart is blue each and everyday of the week for you.
I don't know how to get over this pain, for I have even asked God time and time again.
To this day I still can't listen to all of your songs or watch your videos, but one day maybe it will be possible you know.
Sometimes it seems like the days are getting better, but then all of a sudden it goes back to that horrible day for me.
Maybe one day if I pray hard enough
you see the hurt I have inside will actually be set free.
Michael, I know you wouldn't want this sadness for you are so full of love, but my life just isn't the same with you so far up above.
I look up at the clouds, on a bright beautiful day and hope one day I'll see you doing your dances, including the "Moonwalk", oh Lord I pray.
I know your making everyone happy and so joyous up in heaven and I know I shouldn't be so greedy and jealous of them.
I wanted to come to you one day soon but your life was taken from us, oh how that is true.
I love you Michael and will never let you go and one day I'll be with you, that's a promise from me you know.
I LOVE YOU MICHAEL |

I have just experienced the most disturbing moment, watching HLN about the Casey Anthony case. Nancy Grace put up a photo of Michael Jackson among O.J. Simpson and others and read out a list loud with his name saying that these people all walked free inspite of being guilty. How could something like this happen? Help please! | |
