Thank you for reporting the truth. I am not a fan of Michael Jackson, but I have been reading about the case for some time now, and it is obvious to me that the allegations were false. I wish somehow it could be shown to the public that this man is legally more innocent than any of us(as in, he has been thoroughly investigated, and there is no chance in the world that he did it). Also, I would also like the attention to be brought to the shady D.A. Tom Sneddon who is known for faking evidence and actually sending one innocent man to jail (later, the accuser admitted that she lied, so he was released). I would really like to read more news article about him, considering that this, should I call him, criminal, instead of being put on trial, even has a building in his honor in the US.

Those of us who followed the cases know the truth and we know there was never, ever anything incriminating on him. The truth that has been spinned from the media since day 1. I am glad to see a journalist that doesn't have an agenda.

Thank you for this positive article. Actually, a person from Department of Children and Family Services did testify in 2005 trial basically saying that there was no proof of molestation. This evidence was totally ignored by the prosecution and essentially by the media. This is only one example of one-sided media coverage of Michael Jackson's 1993 accusations and 2005 trial. I never believed MJ molested anyone. That said, I question the credibility of this article. Who wrote it? Why not name the sources? "A source familiar with the investigations". "A tipster". It’s too good to see the media publishing news that it own occulted some years ago. Even it takes a little, the truth always prevails in the end. Michael was always innocent, he never hurt a child. If the world needed further evidence of the witch-hunt against Michael Jackson in 2005, this has to be it. For some reason, this report wasn't allowed into court as evidence (Heaven only knows why), although Tom Meseraeu would have been aware of its content and used it to plan his line of questioning. Hence the credibility of the boy and his siblings was exposed, and Justice was served - but the sad thing is the media was only interested in Jackson being guilty.

Why did the investigative journalists, who were so vocal at this time, not seek out the information contained in this report and make it public? Perhaps the media can redeem themselves & admit the wrongs of the past and publish this report everywhere and anywhere so that the doubters can see that Jackson was set up big-time.
Too late for Jackson himself now - but some consolation for his family and supporters. Perhaps it might even make the media stop and think of the consequences of what they say and do, so that this "trial by the media" never happens again.

It's time that the world learns the truth about what happened in 1993 and in 2005. Michael Jackson always was innocent but the media wanted him to be guilty and Tom Sneddon wanted him to be guilty too. I am sure that Tom Sneddon knew that Michael never did anything wrong but he just did not care.

None of this is news. The facts have been available for years. I am in my 50's and an observation I have made is that the reporting got progressively worse as the years went by--despite the complete lack of evidence all that time. Many of us are outraged that for years the facts have been supressed because they didn't suit the media's agenda. If it didn't fit in with the wacko jacko caricature they had created it wasn't considered attention-getting and therefore not profitable. Also, it would have meant going against the grain and risking criticism by the public and one's peers. Shameful. All of society should be outraged. This isn't just about Michael Jackson. Justice must be granted to clear MJ name!

Lest we forget the original accuser/extortionist Evan Chandler shot himself in the head on November 5th 2009. How many lives destroyed just for greed and malice? Michael said "noone will ever know just how much these wicked rumours have hurt me". We may not know his exact anguish - but many of us know just how much it broke this poor man's heart to be called the exact opposite of who he is. And many of us will never forget.

I read this and dropped to my knees and thanked God for the "Truth" and the support by all the positive comments. I always knew in my heart that he would never do anything to hurt any child. I knew that Michael never once could have been a molester. He love everyone, no matter what type of race, religion, handicap, rich or poor. It didnt matter to him. He even gave his own money to pay for surgery for a little boy so he wouldnt die. For anyone to go and him accuse of something so cruel and terrible and mean should be ashamed for even thinking such horrible thoughts about someone who loved the world more than anyone. When God was vreating this baby he knew what he would be, for he was born unto Joe and Katherine for all of the world to see.
They let us into his life, during most of his childhood ways, althrough out his teen years, into his early adulthood days.
He then went on his own, wanted to be the best and proved this with the "Moonwalk" and a video that scared me half to death.
With the scary green eyes and the vampire teeth, oh yes, that video was "Thriller" you see.
He was loved by millions from all over the world but only wanted to be loved, unconditionally, and more.
He wanted that special soul mate that's true, and it could have been me, if I only knew.
We had so much in common, so very much you see, for we love children, and animals, and yes we love to climb those trees.
We love water gun fights and video games too, plus we like to take walks under the stars and the moon.
When I was a little girl I saw Peter Pan the movie, wanted to build a Neverland, but that never happened for me.
When I found out Michael had his, oh how bad I wanted to go, but was already married and had a baby you know.
I wish I could have met him, looked into those eyes, saw that sweet smile, heard that soft lovely voice.
I wanted a hug, his arms wrapped around me, so I could have felt all of his love and carried it forever with me.
That day that God came and took him away I did not believe, for I knew, eventually, he would be found by the Paparazzi.
I knew it was true and not a bad dream on the day of his memorial at the Staples Center you see.
From that day on oh how I cried, 24/7, and that is no lie.
I could not listen to his music or watch his videos, but when I was finally able, it was, "You Are Not Alone".

This will no doubt provoke a torrent of comments calling me negative or a hater, but that genuinely isn't the case.

A lot of people are saying comments to the effect of "Finally the truth", "This proves his innocence" etc.

This article doesn't prove anything. It's the words of some anonymous source who's only connection with the investigation is "familiarity" not "involved".

I'm not saying he's innocent or guilty, I lack the ability and power to do so, but I can clearly state this article contains no solid facts and certainly shouldn't be heralded as the vindicator of the whole deal.

Besides which he was found innocent in a court, which holds a great deal more authority than an anonymous source who is "familiar" with the case. Heck, I'm "familiar" with it, but that doesn't mean I can or should comment about MJs innocence or guilt.

my 5th poem for u Michael
Michael, last year on the 4th of July in 2010 I went to the park to see the fireworks my friend.
I asked God if he would please give me a sign, and oh how he did that, it was out of sight.
Right at the last I didn't know if it would be, and then all of a sudden it was him, you, and me.
A firework shot off, 3 hearts that is true, and they were actually red, white, and blue and then I knew it was you.
God was the red heart for he gives us all love.
You were the white heart for your an angel up above.
My heart was the blue one, oh how that is true, for my heart is blue each and everyday of the week for you.
I don't know how to get over this pain, for I have even asked God time and time again.
To this day I still can't listen to all of your songs or watch your videos, but one day maybe it will be possible you know.
Sometimes it seems like the days are getting better, but then all of a sudden it goes back to that horrible day for me.
Maybe one day if I pray hard enough

This should be sent to Nancy Grace to read. I have just experienced the most disturbing moment, watching HLN about the Casey Anthony case. Nancy Grace put up a photo of Michael Jackson among O.J. Simpson and others and read out a list loud with his name saying that these people all walked free inspite of being guilty. How could something like this happen? Help please!
