Michael's spokeswoman, Raymone Bain, announced that she, the legal team and the artist himself have discovered what she deemed as 'one of the biggest conspiracies in entertainment history'.

Without pointing their fingers or naming names of the persons guilty of conspiracy, Bain said that one of Michael's former lawyers tried to recruit other associates into petitioning against the star and making him go into bankruptcy. Jackson found out about their plans via a bunch of documents dating from back then, but none of them are to be made public yet.

'In what could be one of the biggest conspiracies in entertainment history, documents have been sent to Michael Jackson and his representatives which reveal a deliberate plan by some former attorneys as well as associates and advisers to force Mr Jackson into involuntary bankruptcy.', the statement issued on Monday said.

Bain also announced that they are ready to send the documents to the US Attorney General for review and analysis. But Michael was not shocked when his suspicion that some one was trying to ruin him was confirmed.

'Michael Jackson was neither shocked nor surprised. He's always been suspicious that some of those whom he entrusted to act on his behalf... may not have acted in his best interests', his representative told the press.

It seems that the entire conspiracy was orchestrated at around the time when Jackson was facing child molesting charges, as those involved in it considered that was the right time to act. And the fact that Michael was already suspecting something can be demonstrated by his severing all ties with his business managers and legal representatives, at the beginning of 2005.
