Reports on his frail health are proven wrong

With the past couple of months being filled with nothing but rumors on Michael Jackson’s decaying health, and even talk of the star seeing to his children’s future in the eventuality of him passing away, fans of the King of Pop will certainly be more than happy to hear that they have just proven to be rubbish. Michael has been photographed the other day with no mask, even smiling at the paparazzi and clearly in excellent health.

Even if taking off his mask is a first for the singer in a very long time, it does help to prove that all the reports circulating in the media as of late have had nothing to back them up. Not only is the singer in seemingly excellent health, but he is also smiling at the camera and waving, a gesture his fans must have missed, it has been said. As we speak, fans are already rushing to dedicated forums to tell the nay-sayers the by-now proverbial “I told you so” regarding the singer’s health.

As reported as early as back in January, reports about Michael’s condition began to circulate after he was spotted CD-shopping wearing a surgical mask and doing his best to hide his face. A few days later, he was seen leaving a clinic in Beverly Hills wearing the same “attire,” and speculation began to build up that perhaps there was something wrong with his face that made him wear the mask and see a doctor.

Just recently, rumors of a severe infection that was plaguing the singer, and which was resistant to regular antibiotics surfaced. “Michael Jackson has a severe staph infection that he contracted during work to reconstruct his nose. The infection has spread throughout his face and body and is being aggressively treated by doctors. There’s a chance it could turn into a flesh-eating disorder where it begins to kill off his skin so he’s being very carefully monitored.” an unnamed source told The Sun a while back.

Then, word had it that Michael himself was aware he might not have that much left to live, which was why he had already contacted sister Janet to have her take his three children to raise them away from the spotlight. Luckily, in light of the recent photos, all this has been proven to be inaccurate: Michael is fine.
