Video game developer Rockstar and publisher 2K Games withdraws Grand Theft Auto: Vice City from sale via PC-based digital distributors, because Sony Music Entertainment and Warner Chappell have filled a claim that Michael Jackson’s track Wanna Be Startin’ Something is used without permission.

Apparently, the withdrawal is temporary and Rockstar plans to offer the game again once it either removes Michael Jackson's track or enters a deal to use it with Sony.

At the moment, the team is working on Grand Theft Auto V, which is set to be launched on the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 during spring 2013.

The game will visit Los Santos once again and the team promises a more expansive open world and more activities and quest missions for the main three characters.
