Michael Jackson is alive and well, and only staged his death either to rid himself of creditors or to finally be able to live life like a normal person, as he always wanted. A video that is currently making the rounds on the Internet allegedly shows the King of Pop walking out on his feet from the Coroner’s van and being escorted into hiding – after the reported time of death.

“This video shows that Michael was still alive after his dead body was transported to the Los Angeles Dept. of Coroner. I checked the license plate number and it looks like the King of Pop is jumping out of the same van his dead body has been in. I got the original video tape from a trustworthy source. I know him for years. And I am sure it’s real and Michael is alive.” the person who uploaded the video writes.

While commenters’ opinions are divided as to the authenticity of the video, not few are those who incline to believe that the possibility of Michael still being alive is not that far-fetched. There are several things that seem to point into this direction, they say: first of all, autopsy results have not been made public yet, Michael’s body is yet to be laid to rest and, last but not least, the public memorial service at Los Angeles’ Staples Center featured a closed casket, which, from all the public knows, might as well have been empty.

Of course, there are also those who say the video is as real as unicorns, and that this is just another of the many conspiracy theories out there. As fans must remember, one of them says that Michael Jackson has been planning this as early as March this year, when the announcement for what was supposed to be his big comeback to the music stage was made. A lookalike was used for the press conference in London that announced the “This Is It” series of shows, reports said at the time, because Michael himself had already gone into hiding (or was too sick to be able to cope with the stress of that much attention, other reports had it).

“Was the quivering figure in the aviator shades and sparkly jacket that day an imposter? […] The walk, an awkward, loping stride. He paused momentarily beside a golf cart, probably assuming it was going to take him into the arena – but was ushered in on foot. Next, the voice. The few words he stumbled over at the microphone had far more bass than many expected. If you closed your eyes you would surely have had trouble identifying him as the more familiar, childlike 50-year-old. […] Trouble is, surgery and image enhancement mean that few people really know what MJ will look like when they meet him.” the British tabloid the Daily Mail was saying at the time.

Check out the video below of Michael’s supposed exit from the Coroner’s van and judge for yourselves if that is really him – alive.
