Michael Eisner's new media studio, Vuguru, and Verizon announced that Verizon will carry the studio's first production, Prom Queen, on all Verizon platforms including Wireless, High Speed Internet and FiOS TV. Verizon Wireless' V CAST is the exclusive wireless platform for Prom Queen.

Prom Queen is Vuguru's first original show, created specifically for the wireless and broadband platforms. Prom Queen is now available on V CAST Video and the series soon will be delivered to the
TV sets of FiOS customers and to Verizon broadband customers.

Prom Queen is a scripted, serialized mystery told over 80 episodes, each lasting 90 seconds. Set against the final two months of the school year, Prom Queen has a blend of love, gossip, and betrayal - all of the twists and turns of high school leading up to the biggest night of any senior's life: Prom Night.

"Prom Queen's short-form episodes are designed to be easily viewed on multiple platforms and are aimed at young, early adopters of new media content and technology," said Michael Eisner. "With the series running on Verizon Wireless' V CAST Video and Verizon's FiOS TV and the company's broadband services, we further empower the audience by providing them the ability to watch Prom Queen whenever and wherever they want."

V CAST from Verizon Wireless is a wireless broadband consumer multimedia service that runs on Verizon Wireless' EV-DO network, available to more than 200 million Americans from coast-to-coast. With V CAST Video, customers can get video content on-demand including news, weather and sports updates, clips from popular TV programs, music videos, movie trailers, 3D games and more. Verizon Wireless customers can find the Prom Queen series in the Showcase section on V CAST-enabled phones.
