It’s not long ago that reports were saying that actor Michael Douglas, known to be battling throat cancer, was in “precarious” condition. Photos of the star seemed to confirm that – but not anymore, as his health is clearly on the mend now.

Earlier this year, in September, Douglas went on David Letterman and confirmed that he’d been diagnosed with throat cancer and that he’d already started treatment for it.

At the time, “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps” hadn’t yet come out in theaters, which is why Douglas said that chemo would certainly prevent him from doing the promo tour for the film with the rest of the cast.

It turned out that it was true: after a few appearances, Douglas was no longer seen on the red carpet – but paparazzi shots of him around town showed he’d lost a lot of weight and was looking very pale, haggard and unwell.

Not anymore, TMZ’s TooFab writes: the actor took his wife Catherine Zeta Jones and their children to Disneyland and now their picture is making rounds online, with countless people noting how much better Michael is looking these days.

“A healthy-looking and happy Michael Douglas is on the road with his family for the holiday – and they’re celebrating it at Disney!” TooFab writes.

“The actor, who recently completed treatment for throat cancer, wife Catherine Zeta-Jones, son Dylan and daughter Carys posed with Mickey and Minnie Mouse today in front of Disney’s Epcot theme park in Florida,” the e-zine further writes.

However, this was a happy moment for the Douglas family on more counts than one, as the two A-listers have just turned 10 years since they were married – thus proving that not all marriages in Tinseltown end after an average of 3 years spent together.

“The family has more than just Thanksgiving to celebrate – Douglas and Zeta-Jones also marked their 10th wedding anniversary last week,” TooFab notes.
