Provided the man doesn't lose control of the corporation, this is what will happen

The founder of Dell has found that his plans to take the company private aren't going as smoothly as he hoped, and there is even a chance for him to be outbid by a different group, something that could result in losing his post as CEO.

Right now, he is essentially threatening to cash in his shares and walk away, inflicting a major financial loss on the company, if his position as CEO is not guaranteed.

That isn't exactly preventing him from making plans, however.

Indeed, the man already knows what he wants to do with Dell after taking it private, and getting the deal he wants would be a great relief.

He hasn't given any details, but he did say that Dell would focus on PCs and tablets, instead of shifting focus away from the former.

Dell will also be willing to sacrifice profits if it means improving device sales, especially in relatively untapped markets like Brazil and China.
