Michael Bay Offers $50,000 for Identity of Puppy Drowning YouTube Girl

A new video is going viral: over 40 seconds long, it shows a long-haired girl in a red hoodie, taking squealing puppies out of a white bucket and hurling them into a river, one by one.
As outrage cries continue to pour in from all sides, director Michael Bay has also chosen to speak out on the incident, even offering $50,000 to anyone who can offer clues as to the identity of the girl, the Daily Mail says.
The video, as noted above, shows the girl viciously throwing the pups into the river. Animal lovers from all over the globe are saddened and shocked that she believed this to be “entertaining”
enough to tape it and post it online.
As an investigation is underway, Bay is asking his millions of fans to offer whatever clue they can to establish the girl’s identity in order for her to receive due punishment.
“There is a disturbing video going around the news outlets. It’s a video of blonde young woman in a red sweatshirt casually tossing squealing puppies into the fast-moving river one by one,” Bay wrote to his fans.
The reward is for “information leading to the arrest and successful prosecution of the woman in the red sweatshirt and the person who shot this act of cruelty,” he also says.
Between the video going viral and now, the girl’s identity has been established, Metro informs. She’s a teenager from Bosnia, and she was apprehended after an animal protection group tipped off authorities.
“The hooded top girl caused worldwide fury when she was shown taking the puppies from a white bucket and throwing them, one by one, into a raging river,” Metro writes.
“The girl was found as a result of leads given to police by Bosnian animal protection groups, it was revealed,” the publication further says.
“Velimir Ivanisevic from the Association of Citizens for Prevention of Cruelty Against Animals SOS, had previously said his group received an e-mail that allegedly identified her as a teenager from the central Bosnian town of Bugojno,” the report also reads.
Also according to Metro, the girl’s parents will now be brought in for questioning regarding her behavior and unspeakable act of cruelty, which seems to confirm she’s underage.
If found guilty, the girl could receive a fine of over $6,100 under Bosnian law, the same report says.

$6000 in fines is not enough. Anyone who thinks that drowning puppies is fun needs to be locked up in a mental ward until they can be proven to be sane enough to leave. If they never do then they should stay there for rest of their life.
It is a VERY likely they would abuse or kill anything else that was defenseless like infants or the elderly. Better to get her help and soon.
The fact is that violence against helpless animals is crime by human and God's laws. It's disgusting and outrageously.
But the wanton offer tens of thousands of dollars to destroy the life of a naive girl, while criminals who ordered and carried out cold murder and torture of thousands of Srebrenica, fully dwell.
It is impossible to imagine that at the Branjevo Farm in Pilica, from 10 to 15 hours of 16th July 1995. the few criminals even killed 1,200 people! Where then were strong protectors of the world?
What prevents the aforementioned Hollywood great, who earns hundreds of millions of dollars to reward those who make the big money easily find Ratko Mladic?
Ruthlessly hunt for a girl from Bugojno for throwing puppy, which, fortunately, survived her whim, while tens of thousands of people die in the terrible suffering and injustice, a crime which is the weight, hand on heart, can not be described or moan of those poor animals discarded in the cold river.
