Can you guess what operating system they use inside?

Right... Mi Windows Vista casa es su casa... I know that Microsoft advertised and applauded the fact that by the summer of 2008 there will be in excess of 1 billion Windows users worldwide, but the example of architecture/design in the adjacent image is just absurd. My best bet is of course that if Microsoft would build houses this is what the owners will end up with. Still this is not an accident. It's not like they were cutting the window and ended up with the Windows logo. This is actually premeditated. But on the other hand, it makes it easy to guess what operating system the inhabitants use.

Microsoft's co-founder Bill Gates' dream taken to the extreme... Gates might have envisioned a world with a PC on every desk and in every house, but something tells me that the "Windows window" will be able to throw him a little off track. Microsoft should remake the Vista Wow video advertisement and put the Windows house in the spotlight. The building is in a whole different league of its own. A true expression of the endless love and idolatry for the Windows operating system.

And it's not an example of fanaticism, not even by a long shot. It is pure poetry, a metaphor of Windows' vulnerability to attackers armed with security exploits, pardon me, I meant to say rocks. And of course since no Windows house is 100% secure, you will need to protect yourself accordingly. Last I've heard, Kaspersky threw away its antivirus business and started building door knobs. Symantec offers the best bulletproof glass in the industry. And McAfee is now training pit bulls.

Still, one thing that remains to be seen is how the current occupants will upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows Seven in 2010. I dare speculate that they will turn their front door into the Start Menu sphere, maybe the entire porch into the taskbar...
