ShowMe Windows 8 is one of the apps that promise to lend you a hand in this regard, but assistance in discovering the modern operating system doesn't come cheap.
The app comes with a price tag of $19.99 (€14.5), even though at the first glance it does basically the same thing as many other free tools.
