Konami has just released an extended version of the Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain gameplay video it showcased at Microsoft's Xbox One E3 2013 press conference, as well as a few fresh screenshots.
After the controversial reveal of The Phantom Pain last year and the ultimate confirmation that it was actually a front for Metal Gear Solid 5, Konami and its Kojima Productions studio have started offering more details about the game.
Thanks to a new extended gameplay video, fans can admire not just impressive footage from the game, but also learn more about its mechanics, such as the open world, the real-time weather, the various means of transport, from cars to horses, or the realistic passage of time.
Being a Metal Gear Solid game, the new experience will still have impressive stealth mechanics and more dynamic close-quarters combat.
