After confirming that a brand new Metal Gear Solid game is coming, Konami and the creator of the series, Hideo Kojima, have released the first actual gameplay video of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, showing off the stunning graphics that can be rendered by the Fox Engine.

The Metal Gear Solid franchise has just celebrated its 25th anniversary and, in order to show that the series is still alive and kicking, Konami, together with its famous designer Hideo Kojima, revealed last week Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes.

While the game isn’t a full-fledged Metal Gear Solid 5, a sequel expected by fans for quite some time, the title has now impressed lots of gamers with its first gameplay video, which you can enjoy above.

As you can see, the game’s Fox Engine is capable of rendering some stunning visual effects, as well as the classic stealth-based gameplay of the series, not to mention its main protagonist, Snake.

Expect to hear some more details about Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes in the near future.
