Mesa, an open source implementation of the OpenGL specification and a system for rendering interactive 3D graphics, is now at version 10.0.2.

Mesa 10.0.2 is the next iteration in the series and implements the OpenGL 3.1 API. This means that some drivers might not support the specifications for the latest Mesa.

According to the changelog, leaking LLVMContexts has been stopped in the radeon_llvm_parse_bitcode, the correct FREE macro is now used when deleting the compute state, and the target data at end of optimization has been freed.

Also, the error code generation in glBeginConditionalRender() has been fixed, a HiZ hang in WebGL Google Maps has been fixed, support has been added for the gl_FragData[0] reads, and line number information is now used from the entire function expression.

More details about this release can be found in the official announcement. Download Mesa 10.0.2 right now from Softpedia.
