14 DAY TRIAL // It happens to the best of them: veteran television personality Meredith Vieira was left red-faced when she dropped a profanity on live TV while co-hosting The Today Show with Hoda Kotb, not realizing they were on air.

Meredith was filling in for Kathie Lee Gifford. At one point, she dropped her cue cards and did not realize they had come back from the commercial. She was truly embarrassed by the whole thing, repeatedly apologizing for the slip of the tongue.
“Oh, my gosh, I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry,” she kept saying. The bleep came later, with Hoda noting that it was “a little too late” for it, which prompted another barrage of giggles.
