Not too long ago, 20-year-old Justin Goodloe and 19-year-old Allen Thomas Barnes were taken into police custody and charged with illegally growing marijuana with the intention to sell.

What's interesting is that these two would-be criminal masterminds were not arrested following a raid or some other large-scale police mission, Metro informs.

Simply put, the two young men were asked to pull over and ended up being arrested after cops chanced to see a pretty big marijuana plant sticking out of the car Justin and Allen were driving around in.

Information shared with the public says that the incident occurred in the city of Clearwater in Florida, US. At first, the police officers who arrested the two men did not even realize what they were dealing with.

Thus, they say that they merely had Justin and Allen pull over because they could not help but notice their car had an odd protrusion. This protrusion was later revealed to be a marijuana plant ready for harvest.

Had the two young men only been transporting this one plant, the cops might have been a bit more understanding. However, it looks like several other marijuana plants were resting on the back seat when they were pulled over.

For the time being, it is unclear what sentence 20-year-old Justin Goodloe and his partner in crime, 19-year-old Allen Thomas Barnes, are to be handed by a court of law.
