Upgrade your back yard with a music playing grill

Outdoor grilling is a very popular method of cooking. When it's too hot to use your indoor fireplace for cooking, it's nice to have an option to extend the experience through the warm season by using a grill. But grills are not all the same. You're wrong if you think grills are only used for cooking!

BBQ's Memphis Barbecue cookout has a standard cooking surface made of parallel metal bars and... MP3 playback capability via a hidden speaker located it the 50's style front panel. You've probably used nervous jukeboxes as iPod dockers, but a grill sounds scary when you come to think of good docking solutions. Bad things could happen! The device will probably look nice in your fenced-in back yard especially if you own a swimming pool. Needless to say, having water near a potential fire source could actually save your music player.

Apparently, you could avoid melting your MP3 player by "installing" it at far away from the heat source (or directly in the swimming pool, not an option). Your flash memory and hard drive should be safe in this case. The player hooks into an MP3 adaptor that is located at the back. So, relax and try not to imagine the oil or ketchup splattering all over you MP3 player or iPod. It still remains a possibility though.

At about 230 pounds, the Memphis Barbecue MP3 grill looks a little bit pricey for an MP3 player that can both sing and cook at the same time. One more thing: read some grill safety tips before storing the two gas containers. I'm sure you really don't want to hear this speaking-grill shouting: "The roof, the roof is on fiiiire!".
