Melanie Brown, aka Scary Spice of the Spice Girls, is said to be so desperate to get Eddie Murphy back that she is willing to do anything for that to happen. But, before, she must sue him for every penny that he's got... just for the fun of it.
The singer is now five-months pregnant with the actor and, according to her own words, she found out about being dumped by reading the British newspapers. After Murphy said in a televised interview that they were over and, even more, that he doubted he was the real father of the unborn baby, Mel bravely fought back.
Although their relationship barely lasted six months, the former singer thought it was more than enough to sue him (see, the benefits of a divorce without even getting married). So, she got on a plane to LA, where she met with the toughest of lawyers to build the case against the funnyman. Mel told the media that she was suing Eddie because he questioned the paternity of the child, not for dumping her while she was pregnant (in case anyone had doubts about that).
While Murphy is moving on with movie producer Tracey Edmonds, Melanie still seems pretty much determined to get her man back. 'News of the World' reports that she even went to a witch doctor and participated in the weirdest of spells to win his heart all over again.
'She was heartbroken when they split and was prepared to try anything to win Eddie back. She'd heard about the powers witch doctors have and when everything else failed she knew it was her only hope.', a source told the newspaper. The spells she and the 'doctor' cast included her peeing in an olive jar, putting her knickers with Eddie's boxers in a specially ordered jar, turning a £800 per night hotel room into a voodoo temple, rubbing cigars into the skin of her arms and many things more.
Sadly, none of them worked. Murphy is still in the US promoting his hit movie 'Dreamgirls' (his performance is even tipped for an Oscar), while Melanie pines away in the UK.
