At the end of last month, buzz started to pick up that Megan Fox had married her longtime boyfriend Brian Austin Green in Hawaii. Shortly after, her rep confirmed the happy news, which strengthened the belief that she’d chosen to have the ceremony while on vacation to prevent the paparazzi and the media in general from taking pictures or shooting it. Not that it has helped in any way, as People magazine can confirm.

The first photos of Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green during their wedding have emerged online and they show that, regardless of what she may have said or led other to believe, she did want a traditional wedding. The bride wore a stunning Armani white gown with a flowing veil, while the groom was dressed in white trousers and a plain shirt. Megan also had a gorgeous wedding bouquet, which matched the white petals scattered on the sand where the ceremony took place.

“Yes, she wore a white wedding dress – and it was Armani! Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were married in an intimate, sunset ceremony June 24 on the beach in Hawaii, with the actor’s son, Kassius, 8, their only witness. The actress, 24, walked down the sandy aisle to meet her groom outside the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka’upulehu, and they were wed by a local kahuna, a Hawaiian priest,” People says.

“Kassius (whose mother is Green’s ex, Vanessa Marcil) was also the groom’s best man, and sported a jade bracelet blessed with ocean water. Fox’s Armani Privé gown featured a 16-ft. train. Her husband also wore an all-white Emporio Armani ensemble for the ceremony. ‘They were beyond happy, and they seemed so comfortable,’ a friend of the couple’s tells People. ‘They decided a long time ago that they belonged with each other’,” the same magazine says.

One of the arguments that Fox would always use when saying she did not want to marry Brian was that the media would have a field day trying to get snaps of the ceremony. Given the impressive number of pictures to have emerged (see more of them here) and their high quality, it is believed the two stars brokered deals with several media representatives for exclusive rights to them. This would also explain an ongoing rumor about how there were more photographers at the “private” ceremony than they were guests.
